I noticed a rivet was missing when I first set it up, but I determined the chair would be OK without it. Then after it was on the deck for a few weeks and it rained a few times, the chair was dripping rust all over our deck. Apparently the inside of the tubing is uncoated and it rusted everywhere. <br />I told Amazon about it and they sent me a return label to print, however I had to pay for the shipping and a restocking fee!! <br />Restocking? It is a piece of junk.
